• A player must submit correct Proof of Address and Proof of Identity KYC documents via Cashier > My Info in order to qualify to receive a free reward.

• A player must sign into their GGPoker account during a 24-hour day in order to qualify to receive a free reward, and then claim the reward via the Promo section of the GGPoker app.

• Once claimed, players should allow up to 30 minutes for the daily reward to appear in their account and be available for use.

• The Daily Freebie can be claimed each day between 07:00 AM UTC and 06:59 AM UTC the following day.

• The Saturday reward (Mystery Box) can be redeemed at any time between Friday 16:00 UTC and the following Friday 16:00 UTC.

• There will be no compensation paid for any uncollected or unused/expired rewards.

• All Daily Freebie rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred and have no cash value.
