Satellites to €200,000-guaranteed European Deepstack Poker Championship to launch January 9
GGPoker today announces that it has partnered with the Dublin Poker Festival, one of Ireland’s most acclaimed live poker events. The world’s largest online poker room will offer online satellites to both the festival’s headline tournament, the European Deepstack Poker Championship, and the ever-popular Amateur Championship of Poker. The festival will be hosted in the Bonnington Hotel in Dublin and runs from February 16 through February 26.
The European Deepstack, now in its 15th year, features a €570 buy-in and boasts €200,000 in guaranteed prizes. Players have a choice of two Day 1s (on February 23 and February 24), with Day 2 on February 25 and a Final Day on February 26. All participants start the event with 100,000 chips, bringing extra strategic consideration to decisions taken during the event.
The Amateur Championship of Poker (ACOP) features a €300 buy-in, a €100,000 prize pool guarantee and runs from February 16 through February 19.
GGPoker players can secure their European Deepstack Poker Championship seat from January 9, with qualifier buy-ins from €1 and Road to Dublin PF European Deepstack direct satellites from €50. Further methods of qualifying may be introduced in the coming weeks.

Czech poker players will join global GGPoker playing pool
GGPoker and King’s slots s.r.o. today announce that following the recent issuance of a licence by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, GGPoker.cz will open to the Czech market in the near future.

GGPoker today unveils a range of improvements to its ever-popular Super MILLION$ tournaments, weekly $10,300 high-roller events that attract both enthusiastic amateur players and the best poker professionals alike.
The most important introduction is that of a SuperRanking leaderboard, which will rank players purely on their profit-and-loss results in all online and live Super MILLION$ events and display the top twenty players. GGPoker today reveals details of the second iteration of its GGMasters Overlay Edition poker tournament, scheduled from Sunday, February 19.
The event costs $150 to enter and boasts a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000,000, double the $5,000,000 on offer in the inaugural 2022 edition. In an industry first, the event will feature at least $1M of guaranteed overlay as part of the prize pool.
