The Weekly Heats
We’re running four weekly qualifying heats, and they’re all completely free to enter:

Heat #2: Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 20:00 UTC
Heat #3: Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 20:00 UTC

Each heat is a $2 freebuy tournament (that’s right—zero dollars out of your pocket) open to players in all GGPoker regulated markets. With a maximum capacity of 10,000 players per heat, these tournaments are going to be absolutely massive.
Your mission? Finish in the top 50 of any heat to advance to the Grand Finale.

FAQ: Everything You Need to Know
Q: Do I really not have to pay anything to enter the heats?
A: Correct! These are $2 freebuy tournaments. What that means is your initial entry to the tournament is absolutely free. But if you get knocked out before tournament entry closes, you can get back in for just $2!
Q: Can I play in multiple heats?
A: Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Play in all four heats to maximize your chances of finishing top 50 and making it to the finale. Just remember, you only need to finish top 50 ONCE to qualify.
Q: What if I qualify from multiple heats?
A: You’ll still only get one seat in the Grand Finale. But that’s also one less player you have to beat in the Grand Finale!
Q: What time is 20:00 UTC in my timezone?
A: UTC is Coordinated Universal Time. For reference: 20:00 UTC is 3:00 PM EST, 12:00 PM PST, 9:00 PM CET. Check your local timezone converter to be sure.
Q: What if I don’t use Reddit regularly?
A: No problem! You don’t need to be an active Reddit user to participate. Just create a Reddit account (if you don’t have one), join r/poker and r/GGPoker, and check in about two hours before each heat to grab the password.
Q: Can I share the password with friends?
A: The passwords will be publicly posted on the subreddits, so everyone in the community will have access. Just remember, there’s a 10,000-player cap per heat, so don’t wait too long to register once the password is released!
Q: What happens if the WSOP Europe Main Event is postponed or cancelled?
A: In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation, we’ll work with the winner to determine an appropriate alternative. The spirit of this promotion is getting you to a major live poker event.
