Promotion Details and Limitations
- Players must meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction (18+, 19+, 21+, or 24+) to participate.
- This promotion may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions due to local regulations.
- Prize pools, guarantees, promotions, tournaments, games, and features are subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time.
- General Terms & Conditions, House Rules, and the Security & Ecology Policy apply to all participation.
- The operator reserves the right to take action in cases of fraud, abuse, or breaches of applicable policies.
- The English version of these Terms prevails over translations.
- The default starting tier is Fish, followed by seven progression tiers: Shrimp → Crab → Turtle → Octopus → Dolphin → Whale → Shark.
- Players must accumulate the required Tide Points (“TP”) within the calendar year to advance or maintain their tier.
- Players who do not meet the tier maintenance requirement will be demoted at the start of the following year.
- Tide Points reset to zero at 00:00 UTC on January 1st each year.
Poker
- Real-Money Poker: Players earn Tide Points at a rate of 100 TP for every $1 in rake generated.
- Play-Money Poker: Players do not earn Tide Points in Play-Money games.
Casino
- Players earn Tide Points and GEMs across eligible casino games based on wagering volume:
- Slots: 1 TP on average per $2 wagered.
- Table Games (e.g., Blackjack, Baccarat): 1 TP on average per $6 wagered.
- Video Poker & high-return games: 1 TP on average per $9+ wagered.
TP & GEMs
- Tide Points (“TP”) and GEMs are independent reward metrics.
- Tide Points contribute exclusively toward tier progression and maintenance within the Ocean Rewards program.
- GEMs are awarded separately based on gameplay activity and are subject to a tier-based reward multiplier determined by the player’s Ocean Rewards level.
GEM Reward Mechanics
- GEMs are awarded independently of Tide Points and are not calculated as a direct function or conversion of TP.
- A player’s Ocean Rewards tier determines the applicable multiplier applied to GEM earnings or distributions, as defined within the program.
- From time to time, promotional campaigns may apply boosts, multipliers, or reductions to Tide Points or GEMs independently.
- Such limited-time mechanics are determined at the operator’s sole discretion and may differ from standard earning structures.
- Earning rates, tier requirements, GEM mechanics, and reward structures are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice.
- The operator reserves all rights regarding the issuance, modification, usage, or removal of GEMs and associated rewards.
- GEMs are promotional credits and do not possess a fixed monetary value until successfully converted in accordance with applicable rules.
- The operator is under no obligation to convert GEMs into cash or provide equivalent value.
- In the event of account closure or permanent self-exclusion, all unredeemed GEMs will be voided.
- If a player participates in a guaranteed prize pool tournament that results in an overlay (where buy-ins do not cover the guarantee), the Tide Points and GEMs awarded may be reduced proportionally to reflect the overlay value.
- To earn Tide Points in Casino Table Games and Live Casino Table Games, the wager outcome (win or loss) must not fall between 90% and 100% of the stake.
- Unless listed in the Exclusion List below, all Casino Table Games and Live Casino Table Games are subject to this rule.
- The following games are excluded from the Special Rules described above: Dragon Fishing; Dragon Fishing II; Cai Shen Fishing; Shade Dragons Fishing; Fishing Yilufa; Dragon Master; Fishing Disco; Fighter Fire; Spirit Tide Legend; and other fishing-style (arcade shooting type) titles by the JDB provider.
- All promotional elements are offered at the operator’s discretion and may be amended, replaced, or withdrawn at any time.
- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
