Promotion Details and Limitations
- Players must be aged 18+, 19+, 21+ or 24+ depending on their jurisdiction, to participate in the games or promotions.
- Prize pools, guarantees, promotions, tournaments, games, and game features are subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time.
- General Terms and Conditions, House Rules, and the Security & Ecology Policy apply. Actions may be taken against fraudulent activity or breaches of these policies.
- The default starting tier is Fish, with seven higher tiers to achieve: Shrimp, Crab, Turtle, Octopus, Dolphin, Whale and Shark.
- Tide Points reset to zero at 00:00 UTC on January 1st of each year. If a player does not meet the required Tide Points threshold to maintain their current tier within the year, the player will be demoted at the beginning of the following year.
- The earning rates for Tide Points and GEMs for each tier are subject to change at GGPoker’s discretion with or without prior notice.
- GGPoker reserves all rights regarding the issuance, usage, and available rewards for GEMs, including the right to modify or remove them without notice.
- GEMs constitute promotional currency and do not have a fixed monetary value until a player successfully completes a conversion.
- In the event of account closure or permanent self-exclusion, all unredeemed GEMs will be voided.
- GGPoker has no obligation to convert GEMs into cash or remit any value to the player on their behalf.
- If a player participates in a guaranteed prize pool tournament that does not cover the guarantee via buy-ins and thus features an overlay, the Tide Points and GEMs generated for that player will be less than otherwise and reduced in correlation to the overlay amount.
- Players earn Tide Points and GEMs across all casino games. The earning rate is 1 Tide Point and 1 GEM for every $2 wagered on Slots, $6 wagered on Table Games (Blackjack, Baccarat), and $9+ wagered on Video Poker or high-return games. GEMs are awarded via multipliers based on the member's Ocean Rewards Tier Level.
