We understand that transparency is a crucial element of trust between us at GGPoker and you, our players. To achieve this, we strive to be completely transparent with our players regarding any issue that affects our platform or service.

<span style="font-We are writing to address an error we recently discovered with the All-In Fortune Jackpot, which is a popular feature among our online poker community. When we launched the promotion, we announced that the probability of triggering the jackpot was 2%; however, we found that the actual probability was 1.6%. We patched this discrepancy on Tuesday, April 4th, at 13:15 UTC.

We are taking the severity of this issue seriously at GGPoker. Based on our calculations, a total of 74,704 players were affected by this probability error. Of the affected players, 28,572 received less than they should have, while 46,123 players received more than they should have won. The total amount of the difference in the jackpot was almost $18,000.

To compensate for the discrepancy, we will add twice this amount, $36,000, to the All-In Fortune Jackpot pool at 08:00 UTC on Wednesday, April 12th. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error, and please be assured that we took immediate action to rectify the issue.
