GGPOKER

• Players must be aged 18+, 19+, 21+ or 24+ depending on their jurisdiction, to participate in the games or promotions.
• Prize pools, guarantees, promotions, tournaments, games, and game features are subject to change, suspension, or termination at any time.
• General Terms and Conditions, House Rules, and the Security & Ecology Policy apply. Actions may be taken against fraudulent activity or breaches of these policies.

• Passes can be redeemed for Event Ticket Bundles in the Passes section of the WSOP Express tab.
• Event ticket Bundle obtained from Step 2 and Step 4 must be redeemed via My Wallet.
• C$ cannot be used for buy-ins.
• GGPOKER is not obligated to provide alternatives or compensation for any elements of the prize that become unavailable or unusable for reasons beyond GGPOKER’s reasonable control.
• Ticket Policy
  • Step 1 ~ 4 Tickets earned from previous Steps or from Bundle exchange are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Bundles from Step 2 or 4 are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Bracelet Step Tickets earned from Step 4 are transferable, non-refundable, and expire 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Ring Pass, Bracelet Pass, and Super Pass earned from Step 2 are transferable, non-refundable, and expire 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Prize Tickets earned from Mystery Bounty Box are refundable, transferable, and will expire 60 days from the date of issue.
  • Due to local regulations, ticket transfers may not be allowed in certain regions.

General Rules

• Packages and satellite tickets are non-transferable.
• Qualifiers are automatically assigned to Day 1A. Players may request a day change for special circumstances; however, changes are not guaranteed.
• GGPoker & WSOP are not responsible for the outcome of any transfer.

WSOP Express Passes

• WSOP Express Passes are non-transferable by default, except where explicitly stated otherwise.
• Passes are redeemed for a package of your choice
  • Upon redemption, users may choose hotel accommodations or a credit to their GG balance.
  • Once a pass is redeemed, players will not be able to unregister.
  • Passes must be redeemed within 1 year of being won.

Hotels

• Package hotel dates are fixed and non-modifiable.
• Hotels must be redeemed no later than 7 days before the event
  • Passes redeemed after this cutoff will automatically default to GG balance credit.
  • Any booking changes or additional charges must be handled directly with the hotel and are the player’s responsibility.
  • Players may claim only one hotel stay per event.
  • Hotel stays must be booked under the player’s legal name and are non-transferable.

WSOP+ Ticket Issuing

• General WSOP+ ticket terms and conditions apply.
• WSOP+ tickets attached to Pass redemptions are non-transferable by default. However, any additional tickets won after the first may be transferable, subject to local regulations.

Qualifier Benefits

• Benefits are assigned only to the player who redeemed the pass.
• Benefits are provided only to confirmed participants and are non-transferable.

Non Attendance

• If a package ticket or entry is not used, it will expire and convert to T$ equal to the tournament buy-in, minus the fees and other credits..
• Once a pass is redeemed and the hotel or GG balance option is selected, the Main Event entry is a must-play and will expire if unused.
